“Unity in Diversity” is an expression of harmony and unity between dissimilar individuals or groups. It focuses on the existence of unity even after lots of differences of cultural, social, physical, linguistic, religious, political, ideological, psychological, etc. Unity in diversity boosts morale of people at workplace, organization, and community. It helps in enhancing a feeling of pride and mutual loyalty shared by the members of a group, relationships, teamwork among people thus improve performance, quality of work, productivity and lifestyle.
